💼 Position Overview
We're seeking passionate, self-motivated outside sales reps who love walking into shops, building relationships, and having real conversations with owners and service advisors.
As an Independent Sales Contractor, you will represent our full suite of high-impact automotive solutions, earning generous commissions with recurring monthly income on every sale.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- Visiting independent auto repair shops in designated Territory.
- Building relationships and offering product demonstrations
- Selling software solutions like Shop Success Essentials (Bolt On Technology) and GEM-CAR Cloud
- Offering diagnostics and shop equipment to boost productivity
- Submitting leads and managing follow-ups through our sales system
- Scheduling onboarding and support calls for new clients
